Semi-custom wedding invitations are pre-designed to offer the ability to make customizations for a personal touch with a quicker turnaround than fully custom invitation suites. All semi-custom designs can be personalized by selecting colors, paper type, and printing method, and by adding embellishments such as calligraphy addressing, envelope liners, wax seals, ribbon or twine, vellum wraps, custom postage, and more.

DIGITAL

Digital printing is the most flexible option. The ink soaks into the paper to produce a flat image. Digital printing works best with medium/dark ink colors, or white ink on darker colored paper stocks.

PRINTING METHODS

LETTERPRESS

Letterpress uses an inked, raised plate of your design to press into each piece of paper individually. This process leaves an impression of the design in the paper and produces a luxurious tactile quality. Letterpress allows for specific ink colors, or a blind impression with no color. Each ink color requires a separate plate.

FOIL PRESS

Foil printing uses a raised metal plate of your design, similar to letterpress. However, instead of ink, a metallic foil sheet is used with a heated press. The result is a beautiful metallic print of your design pressed into the paper.
