Q: Is there a minimum order requirement?
A: There is a minimum order quantity of 10 per piece, with increases in increments of 10.
Q: Can I mix cards from different semi-custom designs?
A: Yes, you can mix and match different card designs to create your own suite. If using pieces from multiple suite designs, font adjustments will be made for cohesiveness.
Q: Can I order multiple versions of my Details cards and RSVP cards for guests invited to different wedding events, or if I need multiple RSVP dates?
A: Yes, we accommodate multiple design versions with different wording if needed.
Q: Can I change my order quantity or embellishment options after booking?
A: Yes, you may change your quantity and/or add additional embellishments during the design phase up until final approval. Once you have signed off on the design and production has begun, order quantities cannot decrease, and increases are subject to additional fees.
Q: Do you assemble everything?
A: Orders can arrive fully assembled, partially assembled, or unassembled - based on your preference.
Q: Can I rush my order?
A: Rush service can be added for a 30% fee, subject to availability.
Q: Do you accept fully custom wedding invitation orders?
A: I do not have availability for fully custom orders at this time. You may however add custom upgrades to the semi-custom collection, such as a venue illustration, map illustration, custom envelope liner design, vellum wrap design, custom monogram, other custom illustration, sleeves/pockets, die-cuts and more.
